Kassin
Kassin has been producing recordings for more than 10 years. He started his music career in a rock band called Acabou la Tequila, when he was 17 years old, and now, he’s established himself as an excellent musician who is bassist, programmer, guitarist and composer.
Together with his partner Berna Ceppas, they created their own “Monoaural studio” and also a duo with the same name to produce and remix various kinds of recordings. Most of the tracks and albums listed below are the ones that they recorded and mixed at their Monoaural studio.
Kassin worked making music for Globo Television diring 6 years working in “Brasil Legal“ and “Muvuca”.
Kassin’s works are now recognized in Brazil. Just last year he won the “Art Critics Association Awards” for the best producer in Brazil, and he also won the honorable “Grammy Awards” for the best Brazilian album with “Caetano Veloso and Jorge Mautner - Eu Nao Peço Desculpa”. Two years ago, the Grammy Awards also sent him a prize for the track “Sonhei” on Lenine’s album “Falange Canibal”. Kikito for best movie soundtrack.
In addition, Los Hermanos album, “Ventura” has been top 10 with 2 songs on the radio chart. Also the their new album “Quatro” won golden disc in Brasil.
His song “Tranquilo” is been top ten on the radio chart with the album he produced as well.
